On nukes & the "Great Ramadan Offensive"

I've received a couple of emails from people who seem to be reading into my article an assertion of imminent use of nukes by al Qaeda. To be clear, my article does not mention use of nuclear weapons because the report I obtained does not mention nukes. It is focused on interpretation of al Qaeda strategy, not materials. The only materials mentioned in Bodansky's report are rocket launchers, C-4 explosives and cell-phone detonators, and those were mentioned in relation to a Croatian raid, not to any future plans by al Qaeda or its affiliates.
