The cell is linked to Zarqawi as well as to Adnan Muhammad Sadik, alias Abu Atiya, who was an al Qaeda rep in the Caucasus, and also allegedly set up sleeper cells including the "Chechen network" which "returned to France with the missiles and chemical and biological agents such as botulin, ricin and cyanide."
This story adds some more pieces to the puzzle of the narrative arising from the flurry of recent stories about French anti-terrorism officials expressing concern about Iraq being used as a base for training terrorists to carry out attacks in France.
