I first read about this case of soldiers sending in grotesque photos of war casualties in return for free porn access, in AUGUST on Arjan Dasselaar's Zacht Ei.
I followed up by contacting the owner of the site who gave me comments on what was happening. See here and here.
Looks like in September Chris Thompson of East Bay Express picked up on it and wrote this article.
But I missed this: the owner was arrested on sexual obscenity charges.
